さまざまな木々を用いて木工品・家具づくりを行ってきました。

今回も各デザイナーに参加いただき
あらためて「木の椅子」を発表します。

需要・産業がさまざまに発展した昨今、家具のマテリアルも多様化しています。

静岡のオーダーメイド家具工房 iwakaguは、古来からのマテリアルである「木」にもう一度焦点を当て、住まいと木工の関係を見つめ直し、あらためて木製家具を発表します。

身近でプリミティブな素材である木々を、各業界より選出し各デザイナーと再検討し、昇華。
森林問題を多く孕んだ地域材・林業との協業などを含めた、新たなデザインの発表を試みます。

今あらためて、木の家具を。
iwakaguのものづくりと、デザイナーの思想が、新しい木製家具をかたちづくります。

In recent years, as demands and industries have developed in various ways, furniture materials have also become more diverse.

iwakagu, a custom-made furniture workshop in Shizuoka, will once again focus on wood, an ancient material, reconsider the relationship between home and woodworking, and once again introduce wooden furniture.

Trees, which are familiar and primitive materials, are selected from various industries, reconsidered with each designer, and sublimated.
We will attempt to present new designs that include collaboration with local materials and forestry industries, which have many forest issues.

Now, let’s look at wooden furniture again.
